2. Parental Responsibility

Critical Disclaimer: Sophia is a tool designed to assist parents in managing screen time. It is NOT a substitute for active parental supervision.

  • You acknowledge that no software filter or restriction tool is 100% effective.
  • You remain solely responsible for your child's online safety and the content they access.
  • We are not liable for any content accessed by your child while using the Service.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the Sophia application on devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Install the software on devices you do not own or have legal authority over.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
