Koodos is an approved vendor or marketplace participant in the following education funding programs.
Program participation does not imply government or program endorsement. Product eligibility and payment approval are determined by each program and may change.
Koodos is supplemental, nonsectarian educational software, not a school. Koodos does not enroll students, award academic credit, issue diplomas, provide teachers, conduct conferences, attend school meetings, or provide live instruction or tutoring. Koodos is online-only and self-paced, with no physical class locations, scheduled weekly classes, or grade-specific meeting times.
Some programs require a direct request from a participating family before a vendor can be added. Contact your Education Specialist, school, or program administrator if you think Koodos would help your child.
Many homeschool charter programs and education savings account programs allow their funds to be used for educational software. Koodos is an approved vendor or marketplace participant in the four programs listed on this page.
No. Koodos supports families homeschooling independently, through a public charter school, or under a private school affidavit. Families may purchase Koodos directly without enrolling in a charter school.
Yes. Start the free trial at parents.koodos.app and use Koodos right away. Once your program approves the purchase, email support@koodos.app and we'll move the subscription over to your program's billing. We'll be happy to extend your free trial with proof of a purchase order.
Koodos curriculum modules are features of the software subscription and are not sold as individual courses. The subscription includes access to all currently available learning modules. Beta modules may be available to selected families at no additional charge. There are no registration, material, or other required fees. Families may purchase Koodos directly without charter-school enrollment.
Education-fund pricing and purchase terms may vary by program. Check your program's vendor portal or contact your program administrator for current Koodos pricing, eligibility, and ordering instructions.
Email support@koodos.app with your program name. We'll send a quote and complete whatever vendor paperwork your program requires, including a W-9. Once your program approves the purchase we activate your subscription and email setup instructions.
