Cancel or change your plan

You can change or cancel your Family Plan at any time from the Parent App or the web.

Where to find billing

  1. Open the Parent App, or go to parents.koodos.app.
  2. Open Settings → Subscription.

From here you can:

  • See your current plan
  • Update the credit card on file
  • View past receipts
  • Change your plan
  • Cancel your subscription

What happens when you cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then. After it ends, your account stays — child profiles, devices, and settings are preserved — but premium features become read-only.

You can resubscribe any time without losing your data.

What happens to my child's device if I cancel?

Devices stay paired and continue to enforce rules during your remaining paid time. Once the plan ends, the child client switches to free mode and stops enforcing most rules until you resubscribe.
