Sign in or sign out

Sign in

You can sign in to your parent account anywhere:

• Parent App (Android or iOS) — tap Sign in on the welcome screen
• Web — go to parents.koodos.app and sign in

Use the email and password you set up when you created your account.

Forgot password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. Enter your account email and we'll send a reset link. Open the link from the same device and choose a new password.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email support@koodos.app.

Sign out

In the Parent App, open Settings → Account and tap Sign out. On the web, click your profile in the top right and choose Sign out.

Signing out of the Parent App does not turn off Koodos on your child's devices. The rules you've set keep running. Signing out only stops you from managing the account on that phone or browser until you sign back in.

Sign in on multiple devices

You can be signed in to the same parent account on as many devices as you like. Two parents on one account is fine.
